Important Subscription Information

  • Free Trial Class
  • Your first class is free of charge - no credit card, no commitment required.
  • You can try any class at the right level for you, as long as a spot is available.
  • You cannot just show up - you must fill out the free trial form first so we can confirm your spot and level.
  • If you decide not to subscribe after your trial, you pay nothing at all.
  • If you decide to subscribe, your trial class counts as the first class of your membership.

  • Cancelling your subscription
  • Monthly and flexible plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You must cancel before your next cycle begins if you don't want to be charged again.
  • To cancel, send us an email at contact@bachatagenevastudio.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  • The Annual plan does not auto-renew - it runs until the end of the scheduled classes.
Important: If you cancel mid-cycle, you are still charged for the remainder of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel 2 weeks before your cycle ends, you still owe those 2 weeks – your access continues until the period expires.
  • Cancelling a class (absence management)
Late cancellations: If you cancel less than 10 hours before the class, don’t show up without cancelling, or only mark yourself absent in the WhatsApp poll, no credit is returned and your membership cycle is not extended.
  • You can cancel one class a month - free of charge.
  • The cancellation must be submitted at least 10 hours before the class starts.
  • Cancellation must be made by email (contact@bachatagenevastudio.com) or by WhatsApp (Tiago : 076 415 25 57). Selecting “Absent” in the WhatsApp poll, or informing us in any other way, does not count as a cancellation
  • If you cancel in time, your membership is extended by one week - that class is added back to your cycle.

We offer several discounts to make dance accessible to everyone. See below which can be combined.

Social discounts

Student

Available to full-time students with a valid proof of enrollment. Applies to all subscription plans.

  • Proof required - any official document confirming your student status.

Senior

Available to people aged 65 and above with a valid ID. Applies to all subscription plans.

  • Proof required - ID or passport showing date of birth.

Job seeker

Available to registered job seekers with valid documentation from ORP/RAV. Applies to all plans.

  • Proof required - official unemployment certificate.

Kids

Available to children aged 15 and under with a valid proof of age. Applies to all subscription plans.

  • Proof required - ID or passport showing date of birth.
  • Cannot be combined with each other - student, senior, job seeker and kid discounts are mutually exclusive. Only one applies per person. They can however be combined with multi-course or couple discounts.

Couple discount

Couple discount - 15% off first subscription (both partners)

When two people sign up together as a couple - one leader and one follower - both receive 15% off their first subscription cycle. Both must subscribe at the same time to the same class.

How to claim your discount

To apply for a student, senior, job seeker or a couple discount, send us an email at contact@bachatagenevastudio.com with the subject line "Discount verification - [your name]" and attach your proof document. We'll verify your eligibility and apply the discount to your account within 48 hours.
